Ordering & Timing

When should I order?

We recommend ordering at least 48 hours in advance for standard orders. For large events (20+ items), please give us 3-5 days notice. Custom cakes require 2-4 weeks advance booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

48+ hours: Full refund
24-48 hours: 50% refund or credit
Under 24 hours: Store credit only

Delivery & Pickup

Do you offer delivery?

Yes! Free pickup at our Champion Lakes location or $20 delivery anywhere in Perth metro (free delivery for bouquet orders). Delivery times: 9am-6pm, Tuesday-Sunday.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

No, we don't offer same-day delivery to ensure quality. Orders must be placed before 3:00 PM for next-day delivery. During peak seasons, earlier cut-off times may apply.

Products & Storage

How long do cupcakes stay fresh?

Our cupcakes are best within 3 days. Store in a cool, dry place (room temp for 2 days) or refrigerate in an airtight container. Bring to room temp 30 mins before serving.

Do you have allergy-friendly options?

Our kitchen handles nuts, eggs, dairy, gluten, soy, and sesame. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee allergen-free products. Please contact us about severe allergies before ordering.

Custom Orders & Gifts

Do you offer custom orders?

Absolutely! We create custom treats for weddings, corporate events, birthdays, and special occasions. Contact us for a consultation and quote - we'll work with you to bring your vision to life.

Can I include a gift message?

Yes! All orders include a complimentary handwritten gift card. Premium gift wrapping is available for $5. Add your message in the "Special Instructions" at checkout.

Payment & Policies

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal, Apple/Google Pay, bank transfer, and PayID. All online payments are secured with SSL encryption. Custom orders require a 50% deposit.
