Orders and Acceptance
Placing Orders
- Orders can be placed online, by phone, or in person
- All orders are subject to availability and acceptance
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
- Order confirmation will be sent via email or SMS
Custom Orders
- Custom Bouquets require at least 48 hours' notice
- Wedding Bouquets require at least 2 weeks' notice
- Deposit required for custom orders
- Final designs confirmed 24 hours before
Important Notice
Due to the perishable nature of our products, last-minute changes to custom orders may not be possible.

- Prices subject to change
- Price at time of order applies
- Delivery fees calculated at checkout

- 50% deposit for custom orders

Delivery and Collection
Delivery Service
- Perth metropolitan areas only
- Flat fee of $20 applied
- Someone must be present to receive
- Not responsible for unattended deliveries
Collection/Pickup
- 2 Gippsland Parade, Champion Lakes
- Hours: Mon-Fri 7am-8pm, Sat 8am-9pm, Sun 8am-6pm
- Bring order confirmation
- Uncollected after 24 hours may be discarded

Cancellations and Refunds
Standard Products
Cancel up to 24 hours before for full refund
Custom Orders
Cancel at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits non-refundable within 48 hours
Wedding Orders
Cancel at least 7 days in advance. Deposits non-refundable within 7 days
Refunds Provided For:
- Product significantly different from order
- Damaged or spoiled upon receipt
- If we cannot fulfill your order
No Refunds For:
- Change of mind after confirmation
- Minor appearance variations
- Consumed or partially consumed items
- Late cancellations as per policy
